Recruitment - Hiring Process

The hiring process usually takes four to six months.

Applicants proceed through the following hiring process:
  1. Open House
  2. Written Test
  3. Physical Fitness Testing
  4. Oral Review Board
  5. First Selection
  6. Background Investigation
  7. Final Selection
  8. Conditional Offer followed by Medical Screening, Psychological Evaluation, Polygraph Exam and Drug Screening
  9. Job Offer/Hire Date
